Fly Mig-29 Fulcrum in Russia Detailed Itinerary

Please note this is our standard itinerary and depending on your international arrival schedule the tour can start / end in Nizhny Novgorod (i.e. if you do not fly into Russia via Moscow), the tour can also be extended for extra days in Moscow, St. Petersburg. Please contact us and discuss your travel arrangements with our experienced travel consultants.

Day 1: 
Arrival in Moscow. Our representative will meet you at the international airport. Private transfer to the hotel 5*.

Day 2: 
Breakfast in the hotel. Guided city tour - enjoy a panoramic view of Moscow from the “Sparrow Hills” observation platform, see the famous Red Square, “Poklonnaya Hills” - monument in honour of victory in the Great World War. After lunch in the city centre private transfer to the railway station / airport (depending on your choice): Arrival in Nizhny Novgorod. Transfer to Alexandrovsky Garden Hotel 4*, the city’s best hotel.

Day 3:
Breakfast in the hotel. Private transfer to the Flight Centre at the Sokol Aircraft Building Plant. Preparation for your MIG flight: medical examination, meeting with the fighter pilot, briefing on the flight programme, rules and safety measures. Our staff will help you change into a special high-altitude G-suit and train you on the correct use of the oxygen mask during the flight. Total time for flight preparation is approximately two hours. Transfer to the runway. Pre-flight inspection of the jet: your pilot will show you around the plane and show the core systems and controls. Jet take-off. You will enjoy your aerobatic flight in MiG-29 fighter which will last 25 or 45 minutes as per your choice. The flight package can be tailored to your needs by your pilot depending how you feel, as there is a constant intercom connection in the aircraft. On completion of the flight you can take photos with the pilot in front of the aircraft and receive your personal certificate. Visit to the aviation museum at the Sokol Plant. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner in a traditional Russian restaurant in the evening. Free time.

Day 4: 
This day can be used as a back-up day for your flight in case of poor weather conditions.
Breakfast in the hotel. Check out. Guided city tour around Nizhny Novgorod, you will see the Kremlin, enjoy a view of the confluence of the Volga and the Oka rivers, pedestrian Pokrovka street. After lunch in the city centre private transfer to the railway station / airport (depending on your choice): Arrival in Moscow. Private transfer to the hotel 5*.

Day 5: 
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the airport for your flight home.

And why not spend an extra day in Moscow and visit the world-renowned Kremlin & the Armoury or join us on a private tour to the Star City Cosmonaut Training Centre or the Open Air Museum of Aviation in Monino, near Moscow.
