Russian Visa Application Form

It normally takes two weeks to process your visa application (standard processing). The completed visa application form with your original signature, your valid passport, one passport-size photo and a self-addressed Royal Mail special delivery envelope must be delivered to us by post / courier. We require a minimum of three weeks before your departure to process your visa application. Any documents received after the three weeks are liable to express delivery charges.

The Russian Consulate in the UK has recently changed the online visa form. Upon your booking we will email detailed instructions on how to complete your visa form.

For those outside the UK we will issue valid visa support documents to obtain your visa direct from the Consulate on your own (visa support documents will be emailed to you once the full payment has been received by us).
