The Bank of Russia issues silver coin displaying the latest front bomber SU-34. The coin value is 1 Russian rouble and there will be 5,000 coins issued.

SU-34 will be the main front –line bomber of the Russian AF replacing the older version SU-24M.

In March this year the Russian president Dmitry Medvedev made a flight on SU-34 while visiting the military airbase at Kubinka near Moscow.
